This book is one of my favorite non-fiction books. I cried a few times.

I loved this book! it made me cry a little bit

I read this book as a secondary source for my english paper on teacher tenure. This source was perfect for my paper because it contained little to no bias. It is a history of education and nothing more, and it provides me with all the information I need about the History of tenure and teaching as a profession. In her book, The Teacher Wars: A History of America’s Most Embattled Profession Dana Goldstein details the history of education in America. She includes the various debates and controversies that have arisen through the years, including the formation of teacher unions. Tenure originated with teacher unions around the same time as the women’s suffrage movement. Teachers were could be dismissed for any number of personal reasons including becoming pregnant, getting married, or even having certain political beliefs. Teacher unions called for job protection and thus, tenure was created. Goldstein shares the many reforms tenure has encountered throughout the years, with the biggest changes accompanying the No Child Left Behind Act in 2002.

THIS IS THE BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!! I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I ENJOYED READING THIS, IT TRULY FELT LIKE ESCAPING REALITY. I AM GOING TO READ IT AGAIN.

I loved this, but it absolutely ripped my heart out. Read it.

I loved the second installment to the "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" series. I would definitely recommend reading this series and this book if you love romance.

It was an okay book but I wish it had a different ending. I also wish that they fell in love slower.

Amazing romance novel! Loved it! Jenny Han does a really good job of explaining the process of falling in love without noticing you're falling in love.

Amazing cliff hanger and a lot of sarcastic remarks. The book sucks you into the story and you sometimes fell like that your in the story.
